Let’s turn some dreams into memories together!Now we are seeking an experienced, data-oriented SEO Specialist to join the TrafficTeam in the E-commerce department to boost traffic and sales from organic search in projects in5 countries: Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Finland. In your daily tasks, you will prepare the strategy, supervise the acquisition of traffic fromsearch engines (Google and Bing), implement optimizations and analyze SEO data of our onlineshops. You will work with the Team and other company departments communicating mainly in English. Employment form: B2B contract or Employment Contract Requirements: ● A minimum of 3 years experience in Search Engine Optimization for e-commerce, ● Very good knowledge of English (both verbal and written) at the level of min. B2 -mandatory, ● Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies, ● Ability to create a comprehensive SEO strategy and implement it effectively, ● Good analytical skills and the ability to derive meaningful insights from data, ● Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and independence in assigned tasks, ● Proficiency in SEO Tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs.com, SurferSEO andScreamingFrog, ● Familiarity with web analytics Tools: Google Analytics 4, Google Trends, Looker Studio, ● Working knowledge of HTML, Java Script and server log analysis, ● Understanding of indexing and crawl budget principles, ● Working with WordPress-based blogs, ● Familiarity with Google Docs & Sheets or Microsoft Office, Nice to have: ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a relatedfield, ● Experience of working in international, multi-domain e-commerce, ● Working knowledge of SQL, Python or R, ● Utilizing AI tools for daily work.
