We are looking for a SEO Specialist to join our NetHunt’s Marketing team to scale our SEO efforts across both the US and Ukrainian markets.

As a SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a SEO strategy to grow organic website and blog traffic that generates inbound leads for NetHunt CRM.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed SEO audits, developing strategies for organic traffic growth, and forecasting potential results;
• Create and execute effective SEO strategies to create high-quality, SEO-optimized content that engages our audience, supports our SEO objectives, and drives lead generation based on our hypothesis and your own research and ideas;
• Perform extensive market, keyword, and competitor research, identifying and focusing on the most impactful keywords to to attract a qualified target audience;
• Work closely with the content team to ensure blog posts and landing pages are optimized for maximum SEO impact.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive backlink strategy, seeking out opportunities for high-quality backlinks, conducting outreach efforts, and monitoring the health of our backlink profile.
• Compile regular reports to measure SEO results to ensure you contribute to business goals through your channel and adjust strategy accordingly.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with proven results in SEO (either in agency or Saas/tech companies), with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Experience in working with the USA and Ukrainian regions.
• In-depth knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies and the ability to apply them effectively.
• Fluency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.

Will be a plus:

• Working in a highly competitive niche and achieving positive results.
• An understanding of the CRM industry, the world of sales, and the intricacies of marketing.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations.
• Strong analytical skills to be able to transform data findings into actionable roadmap
