What is important to us:

1. Experience as an SEO specialist from 2 years: in agencies or in-house. White Hat SEO experience will be an advantage.
2. Successful promotion cases.
3. Understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors and current LLM promotion tactics.
4. Knowledge of optimization methods and the ability to find growth points for the project.
5. Confident use of tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Serpstat, Lighthouse, Page Speed Insights, Chrome DevTools, NetpeakSpider or similar.
6. Ability to process a large amount of data in Excel or Google spreadsheets.
7. Experience in communication with the client and contractors (developers, copywriters, etc.).

What will be required to do:

1. Development and implementation of SEO strategy for projects.
2. Planning, allocation and execution of tactical tasks for the project according to the strategy.
3. Finding new growth points for projects.
4. Monitoring the technical health of the website using tools such as Google Search Console, Netpeak Spider, Chrome DevTools and others.
5. Checking the execution of tasks for projects.
6. Assisting the project manager (PM) in communicating with the client on technical issues, as well as protecting the SEO strategy for the project.
