SEO Specialist in Sephira Marketing

We are looking for a Middle+ SEO Specialist, who has already worked with Western markets and understands the real level of competition in the US / UK / EU.

We need not just a task performer, but a specialist who thinks strategically and knows how to strengthen team.

Our candidate has:

• 3+ years of experience in SEO
• experience of working with western GEOs (US / UK / EU)
• experience of working with competitive niches, in particular legal / finance
• experience of construction and implementation SEO strategies
• understanding of the principles of promoting E-E-A-T sites
• practical experience of building a strong link profile
• confident skills in working with donors and domain evaluation
• active use of SEO and AI tools at work
• experience in working with large sites and complex structure
• experience in autonomous work and responsibility for the result

Will be a big plus:

• experience of working with legal sites
• experience of mentoring or developing junior/middle SEO specialists
• experience of building processes in the SEO team
• understanding of changes in SERP and optimization for AI-issue (GEO)

What needs to be done:

• niche and competitor analysis (content / structure / links)
• building and implementing an SEO strategy for Western markets
• conducting SEO audits and preparing technical technical specifications
• forming tasks for copywriters and content quality control
• construction, scaling and control of linkbuilding
• work with large volumes of data and SEO tools
• identification of growth points and impact on project development
• mentoring of junior specialists and participation in team development
