How exactly can you influence development companies:

• development of an SEO strategy

• leading the process of selecting a contractor and further work with him

• development and control of the implementation of technical requirements during site development

• ensuring an uninterrupted SEO process of site promotion

• formation and management of the semantic core (collection, cleaning, clustering), analysis of search results and competitor strategies

• development of the SEO structure of the site and landing pages, optimization of meta-tags, headings and internal linking

• provision of technical specifications to copywriters, control of content quality and its compliance with SEO requirements, optimization and refinement of existing content

• technical SEO support: regular monitoring of errors in Google Search Console, work with duplicate pages, canonical settings and redirects

• link building: placement of crowd links and work with link exchanges

• analytics and reporting: preparation of regular reports on positions and traffic

Challenges for three months:

• adapt in the team and collective, master existing processes

• participate in the process of selecting a counterparty

• form and ensure the implementation of SEO requirements during development website

• conduct an audit of current web resources

• establish interaction with an SEO agency

• develop basic reports and organize a process of regular SEO updates

To achieve results, you will need:

• 3 years of experience as an SEO specialist

• experience with SEO in e-comm areas will be an advantage

• confident possession main tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Serpstat, Similarweb

• experience working with semantics (core collection, clustering)

• deep understanding of the principles of internal and external optimization, influence on behavioral factors

• availability of general marketing expertise: funnel and influence on its stages, price/value, СТА, VP

• preparation of forecasts/plans from organic traffic and its impact on the business result

• deep understanding of algorithms, updates, Google sanctions and getting out of filters

• ability to find growth points for the project

• development of a plan and search promotion strategy

• deep understanding of the technical part of sites: HTTP, HTML, JS, SSR

• experience of starting projects from 0 - will be an advantage

• ability to clearly formulate technical specifications for related specialists (writers, content managers)

• experience working with contractors (SEO agencies)

• knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets at an advanced level (working with large data sets, generating reports)
