SEO Specialist in Kostenyuk V.Yu., FOP

The product company is expanding the team and is looking for a Senior SEO Specialist who will be responsible for strategic decisions that directly affect the growth of organic traffic and business results.

The role involves a high level of autonomy and responsibility, a structured and systematic approach to work, strong analytical thinking and a focus on measurable performance indicators.

Responsibilities

• Full management of the SEO strategy (technical SEO, content, link building) according to business goals

• Budget planning and forecasting of key project metrics

• Starting and scaling SEO projects in new geographic markets taking into account local specifics

• Constant monitoring and analysis of performance indicators

• Tracking Google algorithm updates and timely adaptation of sites and strategies

• Close collaboration with internal teams (content, development, outreach/link building)

• Preparation of regular reports and formulation of practical recommendations to improve results

Requirements

• 3+ years of practical experience working with SEO projects

• Deep understanding of modern SEO practices and algorithms of search engines

• Confident command of analytical tools and web technologies

• Ability to effectively use AI tools in daily work

• Experience in developing and implementing SEO strategies within budget with measurable results

• Ability to quickly achieve goals and increase project effectiveness

• Level English - B2 or higher

Will be a plus

• Portfolio with cases of growth of traffic and positions

• Experience of working in competitive niches in international markets

• Skills to automate routine SEO processes
