Responsibilities:

• Compilation of the semantic core for the site and applications. 
• Optimization of texts, meta tags, descriptions and screenshots for mobile platforms. 
• Conducting A/B tests to evaluate the impact of different keywords, texts and visual elements. 
• Understanding UX/UI to improve conversion of landing pages and app pages. 
. 
• Monitoring and working with user reviews in Google Play and the App Store. 
• Attracting real users for positive feedback and rating increase. 
• Using artificial intelligence to analyze data and automate routine processes.
• Using A/B testing to systematically improve key metrics such as CTR, CR, and traffic acquisition.
• Use of specialized tools for A/B testing, such as Google Optimize, VWO, Keitaro.
• Analysis of competitors in the financial services niche.

• Formation of reports on dynamics growth in positions, traffic and app installs.

How we see our colleague:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SEO, preferably in the niche of financial services or microcredit.
• Successful cases of placing sites in the TOP-10 Google search engines for Ukraine. 
• Experience in ASO for Google Play and App Store. 
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms. 
• Understanding the principlesranking in Google Play and App Store.
• Experience with Angular sites, understanding the limitations and challenges of SPA for SEO. 
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics for correct interaction with developers. 
• Ability to work with GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Serpstat, Screaming Frog, A-Parser, Google Api, Data Studio, etc. 

• Experience with ASO tools ASOMobile, AppsFlyer.                              

It will be an advantage:

• Experience in the field of MFI. 
• Knowledge of the principles of contextual advertising (PPC) for an integrated approach to promotion. 
• Python skills for automating SEO processes (data collection, competitor analysis, checking the technical condition of the site).
• Using Python libraries (eg Pandas, BeautifulSoup, Selenium) for analysis large volumes of data and creation of custom solutions. 
• Experience integrating Python scripts with API tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, etc. 
• Working with multilingual sites.
