Then, define backlinks needs, and plan the integrations.Identify backlinks sources, compile and classify them according to their types and performances.Launch outreach campaigns then negotiate and select the best deals with suppliers.Create detailed content briefs by conducting research and integrating link building elements.Monitor the impact of backlinks and create monthly reports.Interview ProcessIf you have been selected amongst other candidates you will receive an email with a booking link for your initial interview.1st step: HR initial interview: The meeting will be conducted by the talent acquisition specialist, Zee, and will last between 30 minutes and 1 hour. It will cover your previous experiences and the reasons why you want to join the company2nd step: Written test to evaluate your knowledge and skills (we will give you 1 week to complete it).
