Your tasks:

• Development, coordination with the Owner and implementation of the company's development strategy, definition of key tasks and those responsible for their implementation.

• Analysis and improvement of the business model to ensure the growth of the company, communication of its main provisions to the team.

• Ensuring employees' understanding of strategic goals, company development directions and their role in achieving these goals.

• Control of strategy implementation, financial, legal and information security.

• Management of relations with external partners, timely resolution of cooperation issues.

• Approval of work plans and budgets of divisions, control of their implementation.

• Creating effective communication between departments, maintaining a unified information space.

• Solving complex issues that are beyond the competence of department heads.

• Formation of high motivation in the team, control of employee performance and implementation of measures to improve it.

You are our candidate if you have:

• 2+ years of experience as CEO and 5+ years in C-level positions.

• Successful experience in managing, developing and motivating a team.

• Knowledge of modern approaches to business management and their implementation.

• Advanced English language for working with international partners.

• Experience in European companies or holdings is desirable.

• Successful implementation of business development strategies.

• Skills of implementing an effective rhythm of regular management.
