We focus on helping businesses leverage technology to serve their customers better and stay competitive in the market.Role DescriptionThis is a contract remote role for a Senior Zoho FSM & CRM Consultant at Orchard 9 to implement a defined project scope. You will be responsible for setting up Zoho FSM from scratch. While a comprehensive strategy exists, your deep expertise and feedback are requested to ensure the most efficient implementation. The initial implementation will be a true MVP based on Zoho FSM. Additional components may be implemented to enhance the FSM functionality. Deep knowledge of Zoho CRM and ideally Zoho one are required. We expect this role to be approximately 50%-75% over a duration of 8-10 weeks. There is an opportunity for a contract extension or hourly maintenance going forward.
