If you're passionate about design and want to influence the future of digital products in Travel, this position is for you!Join us if you:You want to fulfill your design ambitions by improving an international product with millions of usersYou want to work in an environment that values innovation, autonomy and the pursuit of excellenceYou’re willing to be a leader, a mentor and inspire the team to achieve business goals and improve user experienceYou’re able to gather the big picture on a product and succinctly communicate it to your department, CEO and developersWhat you will be doing:UX UIDevelop UX UI for our web products and interfaces, creating functional solutions for usersCreating and managing the UX roadmap, applying Lean UX techniques to improve process efficiencyDesigning information architecture, user tasks, wireframes and prototypesUI management: working with color, composition, fonts and micro animations to create attractive and intuitive interfacesUpdating and creating style guidelinesAnalysis and testingConduct usability testing, analyze results and work with marketing and development to improve productsDevelop and test hypotheses and select optimal solutions based on primary business intelligenceCollaboration and communication across departmentsWorking closely with frontend developersCollaboration with marketing teams to develop UX-driven customer acquisition and engagement strategiesCollaboration with stakeholders on product prioritizationTeam management and developmentLeading and mentoring the design team, providing feedback and supportSupporting the design team's workflowsFinding new talent, scaling the department as the product growsStrategic management and implementation of improvementsDevelop strategic design decisions for ongoing and new product improvementsFostering a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team, exploring new ideas and technologiesUtilizing data, testing and research to inform design decisions and continuous product improvementCreating MVPs for sub-productsRequirements:Ability to create and work toward a shared product design vision that aligns with company-wide business goals;Proven experience creating and maintaining style guides and optimized UI/UX workflows;Experience successfully managing large design projects from concept to implementation.Experience with b2c products with a minimum of 100k MAUs;Experience working as a Design Lead (or in a similar role) remotely on the product side for 3 years or more;Strong systems thinking skills to connect all the dots across the customer journey, proactivity and a sense of ownership of the final product;Good level of English (B2);A native Ukrainian or Russian speaker;Ability to defend your position in design decisions operating with cases, facts, industry trends;Understanding of current trends and technologies in web design and UX/UI;Experience with analytical tools to evaluate user experience and identify areas for improvement;Ability to create prototypes and mockups using modern tools (Figma, Axure, InVision etc.);Negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively at various levels within the company;Experience working in multicultural and interdisciplinary teams.Knowledge and experience in using inclusive design principles to ensure products are accessible to all users.It will be an advantage if you:Have worked both on the startup side and in established products in international markets;Have had experience with not only B2C but also B2B products;Have experience in teaching or conducting training on UX/UI design.
