Senior UX Designer (Logistics & Supply Chain) in Freightender

Freightender is a fast growing logistics procurement platform and supports many large multinationals with streamlining their freight sourcing and rate management operations. We are a lean and mean company but to keep up with our growth we need to expand our organisational structure and that is why we are looking for a Java Developer to play a leading and guiding role in one of our product development teams.  
We are building a high-scale ecosystem in the Supply Chain & Logistics domain. This is a "Data-Heavy" product where the core value lies in logic, efficiency, and the seamless handling of massive datasets.
We do not have a mobile app, nor do we plan to build one. Our focus is 100% on the professional desktop experience—creating a powerful workspace for users who manage complex global operations.

• Your Mission
  Your primary challenge will be taming complexity. You will be responsible for transforming chaotic data into streamlined, logical workflows. You aren't just "designing screens"; you are architecting the logic of the supply chain.
  
  ?? What You Will Do:
• Simplify the Complex: Design interfaces for massive data tables, multi-level filtering, and complex data grids.
• Data Mapping & Integrations: Create intuitive UI patterns for data mapping and system-to-system integrations.
• Logic Optimization: Re-think and optimize existing logistics flows to reduce friction and improve operational speed.
• Bridge Design and Engineering: Work closely with the development team to ensure that UX solutions are technically feasible and that the logic is preserved during implementation.
• Leverage AI: Utilize modern AI tools to accelerate design workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and explore innovative ways to handle data.
  
  We're Looking For:
• 5+ years of UX experience in Enterprise, B2B SaaS, or Logistics.
• A "Systems Thinker" mindset: You prioritize user flows and logical schemas over decorative UI.
• Technical Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate with developers, understanding the technical constraints of data-heavy systems and APIs.
• AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience using AI systems (LLMs, automated design tools, or workflow automation) to enhance productivity and product logic.
• Expertise in Data-Heavy Design: Experience working with complex tables, dashboards, and configurations.
• Figma Mastery: Focused on design systems and interactive prototypes that demonstrate logic.
