We expect you to:— Plan and conduct user interviews and/or surveys, collect data, research— Understand your target audience, their needs, goals and translate them into design concepts — Be a team player who knows how to find good solutions — Have strong negotiation skills; present and explain your UX solutions to the client—Be familiar with Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design—Be a super-user of Figma—Create complex design systems from scratch and maintain them—Know how to test your product compliance with the Accessibility Standards— Create mockups and product prototypes—Be focused on quality (as a perfectionist)—Be able to meet deadlines (as “mission impossible”)—Have proficient verbal and written English communication skills—Be able to work in Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InVision / MarvelApp / Abstract, if needed We are specializing in Web and Mobile App Development mainly for the Healthcare and Enterprise industries.
