Senior Trainer in VAYB IKS, TOV

VIBEX — a modern premium sports club in Novopecherskyi Lypki — invites a Senior Coach to join the team.

Main requirements:

• experience working as a fitness trainer for 3 years or more;

• experience in conducting personal training and drawing up programs;

• skills in organizing the work of the coaching staff (will an advantage);

• knowledge of anatomy, exercise techniques, functional methods;

• knowledge of the English language at a level sufficient for communication with clients;

• leadership qualities, responsibility, punctuality;

• ability to teach, control and motivate a team of trainers;

• excellent physical fitness and professional service.

Responsibilities:

• coordination of the work of the coaching department;

• adaptation and training of new coaches;

• quality control of the training process and club standards;

• conducting personal training;

• drafting individual programs and consultations customers;

• participation in the internal processes of the club (schedules, planning, standards);

• ensuring a high level of service and security.
