We’re seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to attract, source, and hire qualified candidates for Automat-it’s positions in Ukraine. You will collaborate with various departments and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. 📍 Work location - hybrid from UkraineResponsibilitiesGenerate and maintain candidate pipelines using various sources such as LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray search, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, blogs, networking, events, and more. Conduct market research to identify and map out key talent pools, market benchmarks, and competitor landscapesOwn full responsibility for your assigned roles in our ATS (Comeet) on a daily to guarantee that all candidates' data and status are up to dateManage the hiring process of assigned roles end-to-endProvide a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the organizationCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive recruitment plans Build a diverse and talented workforce to meet the organization's goals Ensure each role is posted on different platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and other social media platformsRequirements4+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in a tech company2+ years of experience in interviewing, sourcing, and recruiting technical roles in the IT/DevOps/Cloud fields, such as - DevOps Engineer, Cloud Architect, FinOps Analyst, etc. In-depth experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean/X-ray searchExperience with managing hiring processes via ATSHave a data-driven approach and utilize analytics to inform recruitment status and other HR strategiesA proven track record of engaging talent through tools with an ability to turn passive prospects into candidatesSelf-starter with the ability to own multiple roles simultaneously and work independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and UkrainianExperience with “Comeet” ATS - advantageExperience with Google Suite- advantageBenefitsIf you need a co-working place with 100% backup (internet, electricity, heating + shelters) — we have free places in Kyiv and Lviv (all expenses fully paid by the company)Laptop for work, additional equipment if needed20 paid working days off, unlimited paid sick leaveMedical insuranceReferral program — enjoy cooperation with your colleagues and get a bonusCompensation for sports and English coursesCompany events, team buildings, birthday and special occasions giftsAutomat-it is committed to fostering a workplace that promotes equal opportunities for all and believes that a diverse workforce is crucial to our success.
