We’re seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to attract, source, and hire qualified candidates for Automat-it’s positions in Ukraine. You will collaborate with various departments and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. 📍 Work location - hybrid from UkraineResponsibilitiesGenerate and maintain candidate pipelines using various sources such as LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray search, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, blogs, networking, events, and more.
