Dressler Consulting is looking for a results-driven Tech Recruiter to join our team on a part-time, hourly basis. We are dedicated to connecting businesses with exceptional engineers, developers, and other tech professionals. We partner with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver a personalized recruitment experience.

About the Role:
As a Tech Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in our mission to elevate our clients’ talent acquisition strategies. You’ll leverage your deep understanding of the tech landscape and exceptional sourcing skills to identify, attract, and secure the best tech talent for various industries.
Important: Your responsibilities will include conducting interviews with candidates we assign to you, for which you will be compensated hourly. Additionally, you will receive bonuses for any candidates you successfully bring in and place on projects from external sources. Further details will be discussed during the interview.

What You’ll Do:
* Partner with our team to understand our clients’ hiring needs and technical requirements.
* Conduct in-depth candidate searches, leveraging your industry knowledge and sourcing skills.
* Screen and interview candidates, assessing their technical expertise, cultural fit, and communication skills.
* Negotiate competitive offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for successful placements.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest tech trends and recruiting best practices.

Qualifications:
* Minimum 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment with a proven track record of success.
* Strong understanding of the current tech landscape and in-demand skills.
* Excellent sourcing and research skills, with expertise in leveraging online recruiting tools and platforms.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent written and spoken English
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
