Senior, Team Lead (SEO) in Lotoplay

We are looking for a Senior SEO Team Lead who is able to systematically organize the work of the team, adjust processes and conduct dozens of mini-projects in parallel. We are looking for not just an SEO specialist, but a team leader who thinks in terms of numbers and results.

You suit us if:

• have successful experience managing an SEO department of 2 or more people;
• understand the full cycle of SEO promotion — from niche analysis to financial results;
• have link-building methods (white / gray), understand the nuances of technical SEO, know how to work with drops, PBN grids;
• you know how to calculate PNL, budget campaigns and work for the result (will be an advantage);
• you have experience in automation, delegation, building reports;
• you have systems thinking and know how to structure chaos;
• experience of working in highly competitive niches and promoting projects in foreign geos will be an advantage.

Your main tasks:

• independent management of directions (analysis, strategy, execution, financial result);
• development and testing of promotion strategies;
• team formation and development (recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, control);
• automation and improvement processes;
• interaction with content, development, analytics, link building departments.
