Senior/Team Lead Research Analyst in Gradus Research

We are a research agency Gradus Research. Our team conducts marketing and sociological research in an innovative way, in a special smartphone application. Our clients are international and Ukrainian companies, manufacturers of goods and service providers, mass media, NGOs and government organizations.

We invite you to join our team Senior/Team Lead  Research  Analyst– team leader and expert in the field of quantitative and qualitative research, ready to develop and grow with us We offer interesting tasks, including as part of international teams and projects.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in the formation and development of teams
• Experience of managing a department of 7 people
• Experience of project evaluation (quantitative research and work experience in qualitative research / with the results of qualitative research)
• Experience project design development
• Ability to delegate, control the work of the unit and inspire the team
• Education: sociology, social sciences, marketing
• Knowledge of quantitative research methods, statistical analysis, principles formation of a sample population
• Experience in preparing and conducting presentations to clients, ability to prepare accurate conclusions in accordance with the client's business tasks
• A confident user of MS Office (especially Excel, Power Point)
• Experience in SPSS, MS PowerBI, Tableau and R - desirable
• English: from B2+/C1

Your main functions:

Team management:

• Participation in team formation and development, building the unit structure< /li>
• Mentoring and training teams
• Participation in the selection of new people and onboarding
• Distribution of projects/tasks in the team
• Control of the execution of projects by the team

Project management:

• Analysis of client requests, preparation of proposals
• Participation in research design development
• Participation in negotiations with clients at certain stages
• Quality control of the research project (incl. communication with clients and the team)
• Conducting presentations of the obtained results to clients
• Development and improvement of the product
