Senior/Team Lead Affiliate Manager (gambling)

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of strategy affiliate marketing to increase company income.
• Managing a team of affiliate managers: setting tasks, coordinating work, team development.
• Searching, attracting and managing new partners, affiliates and networks.< /li>
• Optimize current affiliate programs to improve their effectiveness.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), report and propose measures to improve results.
• Cooperate with other departments (marketing, sales, product) to synchronize strategies.
• Participation in the development of new affiliate programs and offers for partners.

Requirements:< /p>

• 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing.
• Deep understanding of the basics of affiliate marketing, affiliate programs and CPA networks. Experience with conversion and traffic tracking systems such as Google Analytics, Voluum or similar. Understanding of CPA, CPC, CPL, CPM models.
• Experience in team management and strategic planning.
• Excellent negotiation skills, ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with partners.
• Analytical mind, experience with metrics and reporting (Google Analytics, other analytics systems).
• English at least Upper-Intermediate level (for working with international partners).
• Proactivity, leadership skills and results orientation.
