Recruitment teamAMO currently there are 7 experts who know where and how to find and attract the best specialists. As the business continues to scale, we need reinforcements. Therefore, I am looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will complement our team and be responsible for closing non-tech positions in the Marketing, Finance, Legal teams , HR, Administrations etc.
I am not just looking for an executor, I am looking for a partner both for myself and for the business, who can take on take responsibility for results, bring new ideas and approaches, and help us reach new heights in development.
For this you will:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle independently to be responsible for every stage - from the kick-off meeting to the presentation of the offer. Your portfolio will contain 3-4 positions of different levels and complexity at the same time, which will allow you to allocate resources as efficiently as possible
- Build effective communication with hiring managers and act as a partner for them in the recruitment process. You will be involved not only in solving tactical questions and problems, but also in helping to build a long-term recruitment strategy that will contribute to attracting the best talent
- Analyze and optimize the recruitment process to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency
< li>Form a positive candidate experience. You understand that the recruiter is the candidate's first and sometimes only contact with the company. And what this contact will be, directly affects the reputation of the company
For great results in your new role, you will need:
- Experience in recruitment from 3 years
- Successful experience of closing non-technical positions (Marketing, Legal, Finance, Admin, HR, Administrations ) of different levels
- Knowledge of candidate search methods and tools: ability to effectively use various search channels such as LinkedIn, Djinni, job sites, professional communities, etc.
- Interviewing skills< /li>
- Knowledge of interview techniques and experience in conducting structured, competency and situational interviews
- Analytical skills: ability to analyze data, identify trends and bottlenecks, and propose solutions to improve hiring efficiency
- Proactivity and initiative: willingness to independently seek new ways and approaches to achieve goals >
- Flexibility and adaptability: the ability to quickly adapt to changes and new requirements
- Responsibility: the ability to work independently and be responsible for the results of your work
- English at a level no lower than Intermediate
