Cool, let's go!A bit more about us🧚 TA Team Composition: We are a team of 4: Head of TA, 2 TA Specialists, and Talent Sourcer💻 Our workload: One TA Specialist typically handles 4-5 positions, with occasional spikes up to 7-8. Our dedicated Talent Sourcer supports complex searches and collaborates closely with the TA🧍🏼‍♂️Departments who need our help: Risk and Compliance, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Support, HR, Product, Operations📑 Policies & Procedures: We have established and actively use all core Talent Acquisition policies. In Q1 of 2025, we plan to review and update some of these policies – so if you are ready to assist – that will be much appreciated!👩‍💻 Stack & Seniority: We recruit across all non-technical positions, from Junior to C-Level🌍 GEOs: mainly EMEA/Europe, UK, Ukraine. So a lot of interesting challenges are yet to come!🙋🖥️ ATS: GreenHouse (established at the end of 2024)You can expect from usWork in the ambitious TA team that is crazy about different recruitment cases and challengesA diverse range of vacancies to work on, allowing you to gain broad experience & variety of useful recruitment tools & resourcesRegular interaction with candidates of different nationalities, with frequent English communication, but at the same time with the same mentality for a comfortable work environmentParticipation in various TA projects (eg., New policy and procedure creation, Process improvement, Educational projects implementation, Internal and external workshops etc.)Your regular tasksFull-cycle recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to qualified candidatesPartner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide recruitment advice, and ensure a smooth hiring processEnsure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment processAssess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through various interviewing methodsActively contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes by identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practicesOperatively react and professionally solve all the possible issues and changes, with less impact on internal/external customer satisfactionConduct thorough and professional reference checks to verify candidate information and gain valuable insights into their work history and performanceUse ATS to keep track of candidate applications, update candidate statuses, and maintain recruitment recordsCollaborate with other departments (eg., HR, Admin) to stay aligned with the company policies and recent updates and to ensure a smooth onboarding process for the company newcomersSkills & Requirements4+ years of hands-on TA experience with a main focus on Non-Technical positions in different EU marketsExperience working for an International FinTech company is a significant advantage Knowledge of various Candidates' Assessment MethodsHigh attention to detail, particularly when it comes to editing job descriptions, messaging candidates, scheduling meetings, and giving feedback (!)Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlinesAbility to identify and solve problems related to sourcing, recruitment, and other talent acquisition challengesAttention to detail, adaptability, customer-focused mindset, result-oriented, ability to handle a high loadC1 (Fluent) level of English proficiency If you are on the same page with our needs, hungry for work, and also looking for breath-taking cases – we will be happy to hear from you!P.S.
