Main tasks:?
- Responsible for the full cycle of recruiting in the main areas - marketing, legal, finance. ?
- Use a data-driven approach to analyze work and find insights about talent, market and hypothesis formation. ?
- Optimize and improve internal processes and the candidate experience. ?
- Work closely with hiring managers and be a partner in the hiring process.?
- Implement new approaches and tools for an effective recruiting process.??
Will be a plus:?
- Recruitment experience in igaming.
It is important for us: ?
- Experience of working in a similar position for 4+ years.?
- Experience of closing technical and marketing vacancies of various levels.?
- High level of communication skills, ability to build a business relationship communication with top management and C-level of the company.?
- Ability to effectively use all available search channels.?
- Ability to conduct interviews using various techniques to evaluate candidates.?
- Analyze data, identify trends, test hypotheses and propose solutions to improve hiring performance.?
- Be proactive and independent to seek new approaches and achievement of goals.?
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes.
