Main tasks:?

• Responsible for the full cycle of recruiting in the main areas - marketing, legal, finance. ?
• Use a data-driven approach to analyze work and find insights about talent, market and hypothesis formation. ?
• Optimize and improve internal processes and the candidate experience. ?
• Work closely with hiring managers and be a partner in the hiring process.?
• Implement new approaches and tools for an effective recruiting process.??

Will be a plus:?

• Recruitment experience in igaming.

It is important for us: ?

• Experience of working in a similar position for 4+ years.?
• Experience of closing technical and marketing vacancies of various levels.?
• High level of communication skills, ability to build a business relationship communication with top management and C-level of the company.?
• Ability to effectively use all available search channels.?
• Ability to conduct interviews using various techniques to evaluate candidates.?
• Analyze data, identify trends, test hypotheses and propose solutions to improve hiring performance.?
• Be proactive and independent to seek new approaches and achievement of goals.?
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes.
