Senior System/Business Analyst in Luxoft

A leading international IT company is looking for an experienced (Senior level) system/business analyst for projects related to the implementation of the development and support of a corporate data platform and products based on it for the country's largest perfumery and cosmetics chain in the luxury segment.

Responsibilities

Working with data (development of data quality criteria, proactive identification of current data problems, development of data life cycle regulations).

Development of solutions to correct data errors.

Identification, analysis, formalization, design and documentation of the customer's requirements for the composition, quality and completeness of data used in the customer's reports and business processes

Support for corporate directory and business data glossary

Testing of the developed functionality and data processing processes.

Analysis / resolution of errors in reporting / data-related systems.

Technical documentation support is up-to-date. building a system of regular reporting from the database (+automation);

writing technical specifications for process automation, testing;

ensuring data integrity in DWH, ETL control

Skills

Must have

7-5 years of experience, of which at least 3-5 years as a business and/or system analyst.

Knowledge of trading company or banking processes and processes

Experience with ERP systems for offline or online retail business.

Master's degree or higher in computer science, systems analysis

Ability to define business requirements in the context of their business

Collection, review and analysis of requirements

Shaping tasks for the developer and controlling software changes to match business processes

Effective communication and problem solving skills

Skills in writing technical documentation

Strong teamwork skills

Knowledge of software development processes

Experience working with databases, knowledge of SQL, basics of project management
