Senior System Analyst in Vodafone Ukrayina

Responsibilities:

• Identification, collection, analysis, formalization, coordination of requirements for software products
• Communication with the customer and interested departments, coordination of requirements and specifications
• Collection of necessary data from third-party systems for integration (specifications, test data, work requests)
• Preparation of technical tasks and specifications
• Maintaining the description of the software product in an up-to-date state, constantly updating the documentation
• Analysis and correction of performance and power problems of the software product
• Participation in testing tasks implemented by the software product supplier
• Searching for technology reuse opportunities
• Help in defining the product vision, participation in software product backlog management
• Compilation of analytical reports

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a systems analyst/technical project manager
• Ability to formulate API development requirements, understanding specifications (Swagger)
• Sure knowledge of TCP/IP stack, HTTP protocol, REST API principles
• Deep understanding of software development principles, SDLC and digital product development
• Experience using tools for tracking tasks and documenting requirements (Jira, Confluence)
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (JS, Python, etc.)
• Experience of working with monitoring systems based on Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus
• The level of English language proficiency is Upper Intermediate
