Your responsibilities:

  • Participation in the implementation of improvements to the payment card issuance system:
    testing deliveries of new versions/releases/hot fixes;
    installation of supplies on a test/industrial environment, their configuration and verification of the functionality of the software after making changes
  • Full-time operation of the payment card issuance system:
    administration and performance of regulatory works provided for by established norms of software operation and technical documentation
  • Determination of system monitoring metrics and their settings in monitoring and alerting tools (Zabbix, Prometeus, Opsgenie)
  • Prompt elimination of non-standard situations and malfunctions in the operation of the software by own efforts or involving specialists from other divisions of the Bank or third-party organizations for this purpose
  • Making changes to the database and forming data samples

Requirements

  • Practical experience in administration and IT support of card back-office or front-office software solutions
  • Knowledge of the principles of operation of international payment systems in terms of technologies for issuing and acquiring payment cards
  • Knowledge of the technology of operation of software complexes for issuing payment cards, connections of these complexes with other information systems of the bank, processing center and MPS
  • The ability to quickly establish and eliminate the causes of software failures
  • Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.)
  • Knowledge of client-server architecture, technology of application servers (application servers) and Unix/Windows server operating systems in a volume sufficient to effectively support the performance of application software
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and work experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of software testing methods
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • The ability to work in a team
