Main Responsibilities Develop, implement, update policies and procedures to ensure security, sustainability and efficiency of the supply chain; Ensuring the appropriate level of accuracy of the product forecast. Conducting monthly forecasting sessions with brand managers. Prompt response to production delays; Monitoring and management of commodity stocks. Proactive communication on optimization of balances with different departments of the company; Management and control over the timeliness of the supply of goods. Formation of the supply plan on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis; Formation of analytical reports on deviations in production and supply; Coordination, support and implementation of KPI 2 supply specialists. Candidate requirements: Higher education in the field of logistics, management or related disciplines; Work experience in management positions in the field of supply chain (from 2 years); Deep knowledge of supply management processes, logistics, warehouse operations; Ability to work with analytical tools for supply chain management; High level of organizational skills and the ability to work in multitasking conditions; Knowledge of the English language at a high level of B2 Upper Intermediate and above (written and spoken) is mandatory; Confident user of MS Office, mandatory knowledge of MS Excel at the level of complex formulas and summary tables; Knowledge of SAP (will be an advantage).
