Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, update policies and procedures to ensure supply chain security, sustainability and efficiency. 
  • Ensuring the appropriate level of accuracy of the product forecast. Conducting monthly forecasting sessions with brand managers. Prompt response to production delays.
  • Monitoring and management of inventory. Proactive communication on optimization of balances with different departments of the company. 
  • Management and control over the timeliness of the supply of goods. Formation of the supply plan on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. 
  • Formation of analytical reports on deviations in production and supply.
  • Coordination, support and implementation of KPI of 2 supply specialists. 

Requirements for the candidate: 

  • Higher education in the field of logistics, management or related disciplines. 
  • Experience in management positions in the field of supply chain (from 2 years). 
  • Deep knowledge of supply management processes, logistics, warehouse operations. 
  • Ability to work with analytical tools for supply chain management. 
  • High level of organizational skills and the ability to work in multitasking conditions. 
  • Knowledge of the English language at a high level of B2 Upper Intermediate and above (written and spoken) is mandatory. 
  • A confident user of MS Office, mandatory knowledge of MS Excel at the level of complex formulas and pivot tables.
  • Knowledge of SAP (will be an advantage).
