Danoneannounces the opening of the position Senior specialist in procurement of food ingredients in the city of Kyiv.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- < li>Conducting tenders and negotiations for procurement in the category "Raw materials", subcategories of leavening agents, stabilizers, sugar and others.
- Full management of entrusted categories, including the preparation of the strategy and its implementation, continuing the process of integration into Europe;
- Working with documents - approval and signing of contracts, supplier management;
- Interaction with the Dantrade global purchasing team within the categories , which are managed by at the global level;
- Management of productivity projects together with the RnI department;
- Close interaction with the finance department in the framework of forecasting (GPS cycle, inflation planning) and reporting (productivity projects); >
- Cooperation with the planning department in order to provide raw materials for needs production, solving work and crisis situations with supplies;
- Constant monitoring and analysis of the market with the aim of expanding the range of suppliers, attracting innovations, new ideas;
- Cross-functional interaction and support of innovation projects;
- Creation and validation of backups suppliers;
- Preparation and holding of local workshops to get ideas for productivity projects, participation in global meetings.
We are waiting for your resume if you have:
- Experience of working in direct procurement;
- Experience of conducting international contracts, understanding the work of customs, government bodies, international logistics; < li>Proficiency in English is above average - mandatory;
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, structured, presentation skills, result-oriented;
- Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
