  • Coordinates the work of specialists in accordance with the protocols, goals and objectives defined by the program, as well as the goals and objectives of the projects;

  • Conducts additional training for monitoring specialists on the methodology and use of data collection and needs assessment tools (together with technical specialists escort);

  • Distributes tasks among specialists for monitoring the direction of housing rent, plans the schedule and geography of departures, ensures the availability of transport (together with the head of the regional office);

  • Monitors workload of monitoring specialists, redistributes tasks if necessary; agrees vacations, business trips and MTP of housing rental monitoring specialists;

  • Organizes and supports internal communications in the team, receives and provides constant team feedback on the implementation of project activities, challenges and proposals for changes.

  • Monitors the timeliness and completeness of the submission of reports by housing rental monitoring specialists;

  • Establishes and maintains contacts with interested parties in communities (CSOs, heads of institutions, initiative groups, councils of IDPs, etc.);

  • Organizes and conducts working meetings with representatives of local authorities and partner organizations in order to ensure the work of the team;

  • Performs monitoring visits in order to evaluate the effectiveness of team specialists, prepares reports and recommendations to the project coordinator based on the visits;

  • Interacts with other fund programs, coordinates cooperation and redirection (internal and external);

  • Informs the regional leader and the project coordinator about any emergency situations, conflicts, gaps in the activities of the monitoring team and offers possible solutions. > Professional Requirements

    • Higher Education in Management, Social Sciences, Psychology, Pedagogy, Management or Other Responsible Areas;
