Functional responsibilities:

Support of health insurance and accident insurance programs for employees:

• Supporting of appropriate tenders (forming programs. insurance
• communication with employees on all issues related to the use of insurance programs; Conducting online survey of employees on the level of satisfaction with the health insurance program
• Administration of the thematic group on the company's internal site. 
• Consideration of employees' complaints about insurance companies and control of elimination of deficiencies by the provider. Provisions for improving the level of satisfaction of employees of insurance programs
• Financial support of the process (formation of reserves, calculation of amounts of insurance premiums, etc.)

Supporting of targeted material assistance:

• Preparing communications on material assistance on the company's internal site
• proposals for improvement Responsibility

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of benefits and compensation, support of workers' insurance programs. 2-3 years
• High-or high client orientation and empathy
• Communicative and analytical skills, the ability to briefly convey the essence of
• Knowledge of normative and legislative acts in the field of insurance
• Knowledge in the field of compensation and privileges (experts. diagrams) and Power Point (Preparation of Analytical Presentations)
• Experience of writing Regulatory Documents
• Experience of Optimization and Automation
