Location : Remote from Poland (Warsaw, Gdansk) orUkraine (Lviv, Kyiv) The Role Join our Data Engineering team tohave anoutsized impact onTuneIn’s data processing platforms. You will collaborate with data science, engineering, and product teams todesign, build, and scale batch and real-time data pipelines capable ofprocessing billions ofevents across over 200 connected device types toenable analytics, modeling, and experimentation use cases. These critical datasets directly inform how TuneIn identifies opportunities, measures success, and drives decision-making. What You’ll Do Create, scale, and maintain data pipelines and foundational datasets tosupport analytics, modeling, experimentation, product, and business needs. Collaborate closely with data science and engineering teams toimprove the coverage, accuracy, and reliability ofinstrumentation. Design and build database architectures for massive and complex data, balancing ergonomic benefits with computational load and cost. Implement real-time event aggregation pipelines topower content &user insights, quality monitoring, and experimentation. Maintain and rethink existing datasets and pipelines toservice awider variety ofuse cases incollaboration with data consumers. What WeAre Looking For 5+years indesigning, developing, and maintaining robust data models from structured and unstructured sources. Skills &Technical Abilities Highly proficient inPython and SQL. Expert inengineering data pipelines using big data technologies (Spark, Flink, Airflow), and data warehouses (Snowflake orRedshift) onlarge-scale data sets demonstrated through 5+years ofexperience. Familiar with modern deployment and CI/CD practices (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform). Experience with any cloud platform like AWS, GCP, orAzure. Conceptually familiar with AWS cloud resources (S3, EC2, RDS, IAM, etc) isaplus. Experience with DBT, and Real-time data isaplus.
