Your responsibilities: Development and implementation of innovative SMM strategies to achieve the strategic goals of the Ukraine.ua project. Creation and adaptation of content that reflects the diversity of Ukraine and its cultural wealth. Analysis of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and the search for new opportunities for audience growth. Publication in social networks and moderation of pages. Communication with international partners and representatives of the Ukrainian government. Mentoring a team of SMM specialists. What we expect from you: Experience of professional work in the field of media, communications, public organizations, state institutions - no less 3 years. Running your own content projects will be an advantage. Confident mastery of tools and understanding of how social networks work (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Linkedin, X (Twitter), Spotify, Threads, WhatsApp, Youtube). Experience working with various stakeholders, partners, influencers. Competent command of written Ukrainian and English (not lower level B2). Knowledge of an additional foreign language will be an advantage. Free orientation in the trends of social networks, as well as social, political, cultural processes in Ukraine and the world. Experience with targeting will be an advantage. Understanding of the foreign policy of Ukraine and the international context. Work with non-standard markets (Africa, Asia) will be an advantage.
