Senior SMM Manager in DigitalArt

We are a full-cycle digital marketing agency DigitalArt.Our agency has been around for 5 years, and during this time we have implemented more than 1,000 projects for clients from Ukraine, Europe, the USA and the Middle East. Our global goal is to scale our clients' businesses and take them to the next level. Therefore, we gathered a team of professionals who are actively working on implementation.

We recently became part of an IT holding. This year, our goal is to triple our profitability, and in 5 years to become one of the TOP digital marketing agencies in Ukraine and increase the share of international clients to 50% .

Currently we are looking for a top Senior SMM Manager to join our team, who will grow with us in the number and scale of projects. At the beginning of your work, your manager will be the CEO, and in the future you can become a team leader, department head or even a C-level manager.

As part of working with our projects, your tasks will be:

• Analyze the pages of the client and its competitors, highlighting weaknesses and strengths;
• Develop a communication strategy and business positioning strategy of the client;
• Develop a media plan for the client in accordance with the communication strategy;
• Prescribe shooting scenarios;
  Conduct content shooting for the client;
• Coordinate copywriters and designers in the framework of content creation;
• Publish content and track its results;
• Organize collaborations with influencers;
• Monitor client results and prepare reports for him.

While working on projects, you will interact with other departments, namely:

• PM Department as part of communication with the customer;
• Graphic designerfor page design development, post cuts;
• Motion designerfor video editing ;
• Copywriter for developing texts.

By what criteria do you fit us:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• In your portfolio there are cases with good results of managing Instagram/Facebook/Tik-Tok/Youtube/Linkedin;

• You have Adobe Photoshop, Canva,
• You understand the basics of marketing welland sales funnels; 
• You have a thorough understanding of the algorithms of social networks;
• You know how to create effective texts and creative content;
• You feel modern trends and adapt them to your tasks;

• You use the Ukrainian language competently according to the new spelling. 

Would be a plus, but not necessarily:

• Had experience in a similar position in marketing agency;
• Have knowledge of the English language from the B2+ level, to interact with English-speaking clients on technical issues, to help PM with your expertise;
• Had experience working with projects in the field of Military and Luxury .
