What you need to join us: work experience as a middle SEO specialist from 2+ years deep understanding of search engines, ranking principles, on /off-page, the impact of Google updates, the ability to work with large volumes of information, systematize, analyze data and process it in Google Spreadsheets and Google Docs (work with tables, filtering formulas, VPR/pivot tables, integration of extensions under GA/GSC, etc. .) knowledge of SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, NetPeak Checker, Ahrefs, Majestic, Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO work experience in link building: knowledge of different types of links, ability to build them yourself knowledge of HTML, CSS, understanding of technical SEO (EEAT factors) skills in conducting site audits, experience in using AI tools for SEO tasks, knowledge of the English language at the Upper-Intermediate level and above. Your responsibilities will be: analysis of competitors and the market, determination of website promotion vectors, implementation technical, product and SEO audits of the site in order to find potential growth areas of the project, the search for new ways to promote and optimize the site in accordance with the updated requirements and updates of search engines, the development of a quarterly SEO strategy and budgeting, the project analysis of external links of the site, the formation of an anchor and link building plan for the project, their follow-up reoptimization site appearance in SERPs, increase of site STR indicators, SEO tests performance monitoring (positions, traffic, indexing) and correct operation of site elements (CTA blocks, user navigation) selection and management of outsourced specialists (content, link building) reporting and presentation of results work.
