The mission of your role – to ensure the growth of quality organic traffic, increase conversion rate in sales and sending leads
In this role you will:
- Promote company websites in several markets: Baltics, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, Moldova.
- Ensure the growth of high-quality organic traffic, increase the conversion rate in sales and sending leads.
- Manage and implement SEO strategies: link building, content management, technical issues;
- Collect, analyze and cluster semantics;
- Conduct a regular audit of company sites;
- Create tasks for copywriters, designers and programmers to create and design landing pages and prepare SEO content;

Conduct analytics and report on results, analyze effectiveness on a regular basis.
- 3+ years of SEO experience. Availability of confirmed cases on information and commercial projects (CIS, EU, USA);
- Experience with SEO content (guest posts, SEO blog articles, etc.);
- Experience of building muscle mass in both paid and free ways;
- Experience in compiling the site's semantic core and tracking positions based on a large number of requests;
- Experience of conducting an internal SEO audit of the site and writing technical specifications for programmers;
- Experience with statistics and web analytics systems: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs or SEMrush; ASO.
- Understanding the basic principles of mobile application promotion;
- Proactivity.
- English - Upper Intermediate, you need to communicate with marketers from other offices.
