The SAP team at PwC Polska consists of over 100 specialists. Our mission is to implement the latest SAP solutions for Polish and foreign customers. We carry out implementation and consulting projects, intensively using the most modern SAP cloud applications. We combine business and technology, working together with PwC experts specializing in the transformation and reorganization of business functions in organizations.

We implement solutions that allow you to take care of your employees during their relationship with the organization. From the stage of searching for them, through employment and HR and payroll services, ensuring their effectiveness and talent development, to their departure. We also provide post-implementation support services, consulting in the maintenance and development of HR systems based on SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM solutions. We also create the global HXM Express solution, gathering our best practices from over 150 implementation projects.

Apply if: 

• you have at least 5 years of experience in implementing integration solutions for SAP systems for customers,
• you know the processes related to the SAP SuccessFactors product (HR administration, organizational structure administration, employee development, recruitment, evaluations ),
• you have practical knowledge of using various APIs of the SAP system (Web Services SFAPI, OData),
• you know the tools: Infoporter and Business Integration Builder,
• you communicate fluently you speak English,
• you are good at working in a team, you learn quickly and you have analytical skills,
• you can skillfully lead a team as a lead consultant.

Welcome:

• documented participation in an integration project covering one of the integration scenarios of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ERP systems and the integration of SAP SuccessFactors with third-party systems.
• knowledge of integration models for SAP SuccessFactors Side-by-side deployment and Core hybrid deployment,
• SAP BTP,
• SAP IAS/IPS,
• SAP Accelerator Business Hub,
• knowledge of integration configuration: Time-off, Payslips, etc.,
• knowledge of German.
