Senior Sales Manager / Team Leader Sales in SKINZ

SKINZ is a Ukrainian premium fashion brand with its own DNA, creating clothes for women with character, physicality and style.

Due to brand scaling, we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager / Team Leader Sales, who will be able to improve existing sales and customer service processes, as well as increase team efficiency and business indicators.

Main duties:

• Team management direct managers: task setting, KPI control, mentoring;
• Implementation of communication processing standards (scripts, checklists, tone of voice);
• CRM (KeyCRM) development and control: funnels, analytics, automation, reporting;
• Analysis of manager effectiveness, development of a loyalty system and after-sale support;
• Online sales (Instagram, TikTok, website) and offline (partners, showrooms) normal; font-weight: 400">
• Experience in a similar position - from 2 years;
• Practical experience with KeyCRM;
• Management of a team of 3 people;
• Knowledge of modern customer service (customer journey, NPS, omnichannel);
• Analytical skills and work with metrics sales;
• Self-organization, delegation, critical thinking;
• Experience in fashion or e-commerce is desirable;
• Confident use of Microsoft 365.
