Have a successful B2B sales experience.Have a professional network among the outsource industry + demonstrated success in closing deals.English level: Advanced/Fluent.Experience of working on platforms to search for clients. Ability to understand basic project requirements, ask relevant questions, and convert answers into structured briefs. 5+ years in a similar role required.Be able to competently write an individual proposal to potential clients and create sequences for custom correspondence. What we expect from you:Form the client's impression of the company and trustful communication with an individual approach.A decent understanding of the software development lifecycle and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to potential clients.Strong network within the tech industry. Help us to succeed in B2B sales. You will be responsible for:Identifying and researching target clients, building strong and long-term strategic relationships with clients and stakeholders. Search for new leads on special platforms. Writing unique, non-template offer letters and creating proposals to potential customerBusiness negotiations with clients to discuss project specifics, high level scope, timelines, budget. Maintain a customer base in CRM.Perform KPIs according to agreements.Negotiate and close high-value sales deals with clients.Generation of clients through sales platforms. Achieve aggressive weekly targets, including the number of qualified opportunities per campaign, daily activities/tasks, call quality, appointment setting, and sales skills development.
