We are Confitech, a company established in 2000 in Ulm, Germany. One of our core activities is IT outstaffing. Due to our German roots, we primarily focus on DACH clients, helping them to connect with experienced remote developers from Ukraine.
We are currently looking for an experienced IT sales manager to join our team and help us grow faster.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the German market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand and meet client needs
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare performance reports
Must-Haves:
- Ability to generate innovative sales ideas
- Flexibility in sales approaches
- 4+ years in IT sales (UpWork doesn't count)
- Proficiency in English at B2+ level (real B2)
- We have a LeadGen team, but you should be ok with doing some LeadGen activities also
- Experience with CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience in email and LinkedIn sales
- Experience in creating ICPs and customer journey maps
- Ability to present previous experience and results in specific numbers
Would be a big plus:
- Proficiency in German
- Experience with marketing tools
- Basic technical knowledge (e.g., understanding the difference between a framework and a library)
- Experience in selling IT services in the DACH region
