We are looking for a person who will proactively identify and engage potential customers through different channels such as, but not limited to, cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn.

 

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating outreach campaigns
  • Conducting cold and warm calls with potential clients
  • Writing emails and LinkedIn campaigns based on Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for a project on which you will be responsible for (our coaches will help you, where you need)
  • Creating Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) filters 
  • Communicating with clients
  • Analyzing statistics and proposing ideas to improve project results
  • Identifying customer pains and finding signals to enhance engagement

     

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of proven experience as SDR or similar role, with a focus on cold/warm calling
  • Advanced English (C1+ level)
  • Experience with GTM Strategy, Email and Linkedin Outreach
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales experience
  • Experience with campaigns creation and buying signals
  • Proficiency in using the Clay tool for outreach campaigns
  • Independent AI-user
