Build and manage arobust sales pipeline, utilising both inbound and outbound sales techniques that are inline with our brand and values. Drive revenue growth intheUK and international markets. Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Review and develop sales collateral incollaboration with marketing. Initiate innovative ideas onhow wecan make the lead generation and sales journey more appealing toprospects. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set bythe company. This will bediscussed inmore detail during the interview. Collaborate closely with internal teams toensure seamless delivery ofservices toclients. Provide regular reports and updates onsales performance tomanagement. Make great use ofour CRM system and keep itflawless; work closely with our sales Ops manager. Requirements: 5+years ofexperience inB2B sales. Wesell managed services, not products, soweneed someone who understands our model and what wedo. Proven track record ofsuccess inB2B sales, with astrong understanding ofthe UK, USand European markets. Excellent written and spoken communication and negotiation skills. Ability towork independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools such as Monday.com . Aproactive and results-driven approach tosales.
