💡What you will do:

• Collaborate closely with the team to define and refine software requirements and specifications
• Optimize existing software applications for top-notch performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Take part in designing the system architecture and contribute to strategic planning.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce code quality standards
• Detect and fix software issues by applying effective problem-solving strategies

💡What you will bring:

• A rock-solid 5+ years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development
• Strong grasp of database design and SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Deep understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
• Experience with Git or other version control systems
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Upper-Intermediate English level
