Working Experiencein multinational, globally-focused digital business (preferred), consulting (Big4 preferred) or other professional services.Strong analytical mindset, ability to analyze complex data sets, create insightful reports and dashboards, and present findings to senior management to inform and support data-driven decision-making.Excellent skills in PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint and Think-Cell.Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques, such as regression analysis, correlation analysis, and hypothesis testing, is important for analyzing sales data and identifying trends and patterns.Proficiency in data modeling techniques, such as data normalization and entity-relationship modeling, can help a Sales Operations Analyst to design and optimize sales databases.Proven track record of driving the process of development and improvement of complex analytical models.Strong project management skills, including managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering them on time and within deadlines.Familiarity with CRM systems, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.Experience with sales territory management, sales compensation planning, and sales analytics.A plus is knowledge of sales methodologies such as Miller Heiman Strategic Selling, MEDDIC or SPIN Selling.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Upper-intermediate English is a must, and Advanced is preferred.Higher Education: Master’s Degree.
