We are currently looking for a talented Senior Retention Marketing Manager to help us maintain and improve our customer relationships.
Requirements:< /strong>
Work experience:
- minimum 3-5 years of work experience in the field of retention marketing or similar roles;
< /ul>Data analysis skills:
- experience with large data sets, analytical tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel, CRM systems, etc.) ;
- deep knowledge of product metrics, A/B testing and data analysis;
- skills for working with databases and their segmentation;
Communication skills:
- excellent oral and written communication skills, team work;
Creativity and strategic thinking:
- ability to develop innovative and effective customer retention strategies;
- experience in the development and implementation of loyalty programs;
- experience in the work and implementation of CDP (Customer Data Platform) platforms.
Market understanding:
- knowledge of trends and best practices in the field of customer retention.

Development and implementation of customer retention strategy:
- planning and implementation of marketing campaigns to increase customer loyalty.
Analysis of the customer base:
- study of customer behavior, segmentation and creation of personalized offers;
- forming hypotheses and conducting A/B tests aimed at improving retention metrics and increasing profits.
Interaction with clients:< /p>
- development of loyalty programs, feedback management and feedback support.
KPI monitoring:
- analysis of key performance indicators (KPI) to evaluate the success of campaigns and development of recommendations for their improvement.
Cooperation with other departments:
- work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Support teams to ensure a cohesive work.
