We will invest in this direction and will be happy to see the person with ideas, initiative and desire. Impact:

• Introduction of RETENTION Strategies, based on the client's life cycle and analysis of behavior and preferences of different clients; analytical hypotheses for customer behavior, using them to create campaigns for the development of regular customers;
• Optimization of all customer interaction processes to achieve key KPI; IMPORTANT:
  • Knowledge and successful cases for setting up marketing automation tools (ESPUTNIK, Emarsys, etc.) and processes in e-commerce;
  • skills in managing the retention processes of the retail company; client life cycle, client behavior research;
  • Data skills, cohort analysis tools;
  • Orientation to continuous improvement. and vlookup);
  • English language knowledge at Fluent;
