< what do you do:
you will develop and implement strategies for keeping players using Smartico;
you will monitor players' segmentation, behavior analysis and optimization of their long -term value; scenarios, customer life cycle);
you will create, test and optimize bonus mechanics, promotions and loyalty programs;
you will improve available campaigns with a/b tests from the point of view. other;
Experience in a similar position in a niche Igaming from 3 years; practical experience in working with smartico (or similar CRM platforms such as Optimo, Emarsys); construction of a funnel; Analytical thinking and ability to make data based on data; experience in the development of multi-channel retention campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, In-App); gamifications; knowledge of English-from Upper-Interpediaate (B2). Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with a flexible start day between 8:00 and 11:00.
