Senior recruitment specialist in PrivatBank

We are looking for a Senior recruitment specialist who is eager to work in a dynamic environment and shares the values of mutual trust, openness and initiative.

We seek to find a goal-oriented professional who can work in multitasking mode, with excellent communication skills, focused on quality and results.

Main duties:

• Search for new potential employees (primary selection of candidates based on resumes, organization and conducting of interviews)
• Communication with recruitment clients and their consulting
• Work with specialized resources: job sites, social networks
• Analysis of the labor market, search tools and sources
• Control of compliance with labor legislation during the entire selection process
• Preparation of job descriptions, completion of reports on the work performed

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (economics, psychology, sociology, management, law or relevant)
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment and interviewing
• Experience in supporting partnerships and consulting customers at all stages of selection
• Understanding and practical skills in modern methods of recruitment, selection, personnel evaluation, search technologies personnel and technical aspects of working with job resources and tools
• Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information
• Confident user of PC, Google services
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language (including business language)

• Knowledge of English at Intermediate (B1) level
