As a Senior Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions at Teva in Ukraine, by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage end-to-end processes. You'll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.Location: Kyiv, UkraineRole type: hybrid with working 3 days onsiteContract type: fixed-term for 12 monthsWhat you'll be doing: Managing end-to-end recruitment processes from candidate review to offer, for open positions at Teva in Ukraine Facilitating the interview, selection and offer process Building and strengthening relationships with Hiring Managers through excellent planning and deliveryConsulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and prioritiesEnsuring great Candidate and Hiring Manager's experienceProducing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updatedDelivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectivesWhat you need to have to be successful: Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes in the Ukrainian market Experience in various Candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. direct search, Boolean search, web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching) Business fluency in English and Ukrainian, both spoken and written Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with Candidates, Clients and Teammates Strong customer focus and the ability to manage Senior Stakeholders Strong project management skills Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases and ATSWhy AMS?At AMS, we recognise the value of different perspectives and experiences in prompting innovation, sparking creativity, and solving problems.We come from every walk of life, and our culture is open and inclusive.
