Accept applications and form a job/candidate profile in accordance with the requirements of internal customers (head of divisions); Search and attract candidates with the help of various search sources (it is desirable to have a developed Linkedin contact base and the ability to use it); Conduct screening, telephone or online interviews, as well as live interviews of selected candidates; Accompany candidates at all stages of the interview and in the hiring process ( conduct negotiations, sign a job offer, etc.); Record the recruiting process in the HRM system and report on it in a timely manner; Promptly provide feedback to candidates and provide feedback to internal customers on candidates.
