About the Project

Our client is a fast-growing company operating in the industrial sector across the EU. The project goal is ambitious: over 500 hires by the end of 2026. To achieve this, we are looking for an experienced recruiter to support a large-scale industrial project in Europe who can work with high-volume hiring.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a recruiter with proven experience in industrial recruitment who:

• Has strong knowledge of the industrial labor market;

• Is well connected in the industry and has their own network of agents, agencies, or subcontractors;

• Is able to build and scale effective recruitment channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruiting personnel for industrial projects across EU countries.

• Working with target candidate groups:

  • Ukrainian nationals already living and working in Europe;

  • EU and neighboring country nationals, including Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland, and others.

• Coordinating and managing recruitment partners (agents, agencies, subcontractors).

• Delivering recruitment targets and high-volume hiring results.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter in the industrial sector.

• Existing recruitment network is a strong advantage.

• Understanding of labor migration and recruitment processes within the EU.

• Results-driven mindset, high level of independence, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
